The chose to release butterflies after their ceremony and it was a beautiful sight.
Paulette and Steve we married around the corner from their house in Kingston Estate, Australind, and literally walked to their ceremony! It wasn't a cool day...but the Akuberas kept the sun off the boys heads.

aww! Butterflies are one of my favorite creatures, so majestic and serene, they really have a a very special quality about them.
We popped into the Old House in Austalind, that we may not be able to use much longer as the land is being sold :( oh dear :( anyone got a spare Million lying about to buy it for us?
Amelia Park Horse Stud in Vasse was chosen especially for their photos because of Steve and Paulette's affiliation with Horses. They have an amazing property in Kingston Estate with horse in their backyard! Lucky them...
The Trusty Busselton foreshore.... its always beautiful! We decided to stick around the little jetty today, rather than head up towards the more iconic Jetty. It was quite a windy day which always makes veils go woooooosh which is a great thing for a photoshoot. It also made Stevie's Hat go woooosh too! my assistant (and future husband) John rushed into the water to fetch it. Only afterwards he realised he still had my wide angle lens, all the day's cards and my flash in his pockets... grounds for divorce perhaps??
The Goose is one of my favorite reception places. It always looks amazing, the view is to die for, and as we were lucky enough to eat there a few weeks ago I can also vouch that the food is AMAZING!!! Go the Salmon with Asparagus. ooooooh yummie
