Carla and Clayton, 1st March 2008

| Monday, March 24, 2008

Carla and Clayton chose Dardunup, where Carla grew up on a nearby farm for their wedding. It was a fabulous day, not too hot, which was unusual for early march! But hey I'm not complaining!!

Ceremony : Dardanup Catholic Church
Reception : Sanctuary Golf Resort

Beautiful Jewels!

Carla's flower girl, Her niece (i think!!) was so sweet. she was very shy and didn't want to smile..until I poked my tongue out at her! who would have thought that was funny!

The arrivals!!! Clayton came in a tractor...and Carla in a Horse and Cart. It really showed off the best of the country i think.

The Dardanup Catholic Church is great to shoot in. Heaps of natural light and it has a cool gallery for my trusty assistant to 2nd shoot in!

The pet Cow...'Dale'. She was a sweetie, she even let me pat her...but she did slobber all over Clayton's jacket. I do hope that washes out lol

Carla's family farm had some amazing locations to play with. I came and had a squizz a few months back at their pre wedding portrait session, so i knew exactly where the best places, and the best light would be!

what a poser is Mr Clayton....

We went to Ferguson Heart Winery for a few shots. Vineyard's are fabulous things...but you have to find ones with shade in the afternoon. Good vineyard shots only work well on overcast days, or with shady bits! Unfortunately whats best for Grapes (full sun) is horror for a photographer!

Carla's mum did all the flowers! What a talent this lady has! They look amazing.

The beautiful windows of the old Dardanup Catholic Church, now called the Thomas Little Hall. Totally love it, and just yelled out for a photo. So glad i convinced these lovebirds to stop here for 3 mins on the way back to the reception.

HOW cute is their cake topper???? totally LOVE IT!
