Amanda and Don 19/9/09 - Donnybrook Wedding - The Slideshow!

I thought id do something a little different this year, by showing my couples their slideshow first - keeping it special and exciting - and then release it on the unsuspecting public :) Amanda and Don came by yesterday to pick up their Wedding Photos and view their slideshow on our huge LCD screen. Worked pretty well!

so, without further ado.... here is their gorgeous Wedding Slideshow!!

YAY!! Wedding Season is officially on us and my very first was Amanda and Don's in gorgeous Donnybrook!

Ceremony - All Saints Church - Donnybrook
Bride and Bridesmaid's attire - Made by Amanda's super talented mum!
Transport - Amanda's Dad's totally gorgeous vintage MG
Reception - Memorial Hall Donnybrook, Catering by Coast to Coast
Flowers - Florawood Donnybrook
Cake - Another super cool creation by Amanda and her Mum - those two are way talented!
Locations - Don's family farm just outside Donnybrook



I love a wedding that has so much thought, love and special touches all the way though. Many of the special details of Amanda and Don's spring wedding were created by Amanda and her Mum. The ceremony was held in the gorgeous Donnybrook Stone clad All Saints Church.





We headed off to Don's family farm, that has been in his family for many generations. The weather threatened to rain us out, but it was kind to us all. This used to be the farmhouse!









Spring has to be the most glorious time of the year. Just check out the AMAZING colour! and HOW COOL is that car! I was most impressed he got it up the farm track.









And then back to Donnybrook and the Memorial Hall for a casual lunchtime reception, tat no doubt lasted well into the evening.



I hope your honeymoon in Borneo is going well guys, cant wait to show off the rest soon!

Amanda and Don, Pre Wedding Portrait

One of the very best things about being based in the South West is Counrty Farm Weddings!!!! They TOTALLY ROCK! Don's family farm is the location for Amanda and Don's wedding photos next month and seriously, there isn't anything better than green rolling hills, a few scattered cows and sheep, frolicking lambs, totally awesome junk piles and people celebrating their love!!

















Even the farm dog got a look in :)

Zoe and Paul - 11th April 2009

This has to be one of my favorite weddings of all time! It was held on a massive cattle and sheep farm outside of Boyup Brook over the Easter weekend and my first thought as we drove onto the property was 'OMG this is AWESOME!!!' It was mighty helpful that Paul and Zoe are two absolutely fabulous people too!

Zoe looked amazing. Her dress was stunning, all the details just perfect, and her sisters bridesmaid dress was just beautiful.

Their fur-baby was a bridesmaid!!

The property, owned by Zoe's family, was beyond amazing. Both sides of the family had spent the last 6 months working tirelessly to show it off to the guests for the weekend, some who had traveled from the eastern states, and from as far afield as Europe!

It was a wedding photographers dream come true. And how cool is their Wedding Transport??

Can I hear a resounding OMG!!!

The reception was held in the Machinery Shed! I took one step inside and my mind just blew...it was unbelievably fabulous.
