Ben and Helen, 1st December 2007

| Sunday, December 9, 2007

Ben and Helen were married in their home town. Lucky for them their home town is Busselton!! The ceremony was held at St Marys, the oldest church in WA, and reception at Abbey Beach Resort.

WHAT a SPUNK!! Helen looked amazing, and was one of those lovely brides who were ready EARLY! that doesn't happen very often :D
I thought id have a bit of fun playing around with some lighting and 'striking a pose' and I think it came up pretty good!

Helen had an awesome veil, and with the bit of wind whipping it around, it produced some great shots. Ive been training up my assistant to be a 2nd shooter during the ceremony, and he actually got this shot! I found myself a good one me thinks!

St Marys, being such an old building, has amazing architecture. I totally love doing this sort of shot, and take the image to work magic in photoshop, knowing what the final product will come out like. Its so exciting producing these amazing images.

We went down the road to the Old Gaol Art Galley, and of course the Jetty for some more photos.

The reception room looked spectacular! Ben and Helen used Wez Enterprises for the decorations, and she really outdid herself here. It was like a fairytale.

The cake had a tiny Ben and a tiny Helen as cake toppers, so cute.

YAY!! Im Up To Date!

Nic and Sarah, 24th November 2007

A quick dash from Perth down to Dunsborough and Brookland Winery for the nuptials for Nic and Sarah! I must say i really do have the best people as my clients. I'm so very very lucky to get to work with some fabulous people.

The ceremony was held over looking the Dam at Brookland Winery and Flutes restaurant. Again, a very hot day, but Sarah was cool calm and collected in her wonderful dress... such beautiful lacework!
Oh and Nic looked ok too lol

We only ha d short time for photos so made the most of the bushland nearby. I hope people didn't get too eaten alive by mozzies! and the flies!! My word! But hey everyone looks sensational.

Relaxing after a long hot day... glass of bubbly anyone?

Another Perth wedding! I try not to book many Perth weddings due to the travel, but sometimes a couple just call out to me and I have to do their wedding because they are just so lovely.
Cindy is soooooooooooooooooooooooo gorgeous... and her dress was to die for! so simple and elegant and different! Loved it.

Her parents house in Applecross is rather yummy, and has a great staircase that just yelled out for photos.

The ceremony was at Heathcote, and while it was a VERY hot day (about 39 degrees i think it got to) there was a lovely breeze on the hill, and of course a wonderful view!

UWA was the place for photos. Cindy works there and everyone ca,e and had a little stickybeak at them while they had their photos done.

Totally love this photo... so romantic.

They really wanted photos with Jacaranda's and Applecross has some of the best streets with Jacs on them in the whole of Perth. Jacarandas have to be one of my favorite trees as they are just so striking, and you HAVE to love the colour.

Reception was at South of Perth Yacht Club, which also had a view to die for... but for some reason they wanted to spoil it by having ME in the photo!! Weirdos :)

A Beautiful day for a beautiful Bride! Tammy and Jamie are two of my favorite people, and it was such a privilege to be a part of their day. The wedding was held in a park in Dalyelup (less than a km from my house...luxury!!) and the reception at Dalyellup Community Centre. Tammy and her girls got ready at Clifton House, a beautiful old hotel in Bunbury.

Totally adorable Flower girls!! Tayla, Tammy's daughter and her cousin made for beautiful little angels.

Totally GORGOUS!!!

We went down to Dalyellup Beach for some photos, and as it was blowing a little gale, only the boys ventured down to the sand. Don't they look cool!

Tammy had a little adventure in the bush (and got ants up her dress!!) and while recovering...managed to spill her drink! I don't think she got her dress but the look on her face is priceless...
