Beautiful Pemberton! Love it down here, its so peaceful and green and lovely. Shanaae grew up in this sleepy town, and met her Now-Hubby Russell at High school! Got to love a true high school sweethearts tale. They chose a local Farm for their wedding, with absolutely exquisite gardens, and fantastic dam and gorgeous forests. Couldn't ask for more!
Ceremony and Locations : Private Residence Pemberton
Reception : Lost Lake Winery
Lets start with a few details, and a very hunky groom!
I was overawed by the beautiful gardens, in full springtime bloom!
I love this moment, as Shanae and her dad start the walk down the aisle, as the owner of the property helps Shanae with her dress....Taken by my talented 2nd shooter (my hubby!!)
Shanae looked SO happy!!! She really has the most amazing smile.
What a beautiful kiss...
The Homestead on the property was just so fantastic... and the gardens exquisite...
The Bridal Party was made up of Russell and Shanae's family and closest friends. They are all a very close knit group!
The Dam had a little jetty, that wobbled as you walked on it...Walk slowly Russell! You don't want a soggy bride!
On the way to the reception at lost Lake winery, we stopped on the side of the road for some shots in the Karri Forest. Some of the most majestic trees in the world.
Such a beautiful wedding deserves a beautiful reception! The sunset over the lake must have been sensational.
Thanks guys, it was such a lovely weekend. Its great to come to somewhere slightly different, and to see some of WA's amazing landscapes.
