Biggest Thrill Ever!

The Australian Professional Photography Awards were held over the weekend and I was lucky enough to acheive a Silver award for my print from Yvette and Bens wedding in Kulin!



and an even bigger thrill this morning it was featured on 'The Circle' a morning news program on Channel 10!!

QnA Day!!!

So its my fist QnA day on Facebook and ive got some pretty awesome questions so far...

like...............


* Do you use two cameras on the go and if so how do you not get the straps tangled with each other?

* Have you done any formal photography training?

Winter Season - a big relaxing sigh

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh finally a little bit of a breather :)

Winter is a Wedding Photographers time to breathe a little slower and take time out to relax a bit. The months between October and May are so crazy you barely have time to scratch your nose, let alone work on your business or your personal life :)

Things that have been and will be going on here over the next few months.....

A bit of a revamp of our house, photos finally going up on the walls, fencing and back gardens being done and nasty letters sent to the land corp about our front landscaping which STILL isnt done.

A couple of little trips, off to Sydney for a few days for a conference, the family farm for a week to sit in front of the fire and do not much and a week in Bali to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary, sit by a pool and do not much!

APPA Awards being held next week - agh! cross fingers everyone!

Catching up on everyone's Wedding Albums...so if you haven't sent me back your amended plans yet I will be sending you friendly reminders, and if all else fails coming and lighting firecrackers under your chair (haha)

Exciting stuff like a Wedding of the Year on Facebook, QnA sessions where you can ask me my inner most secrets, and maybe even a July Sale!

oh and im launching a new side of the business soon - so exciting :D
