Kristy and Derek Engagment Portrait!

What a difference a few days makes! I was only on this beach 4 days ago and its so completely different. Saturday was HOT HOT HOT and SUNNY SUNNY SUNNY and yesterday was WINDY WINDY WINDY and OVERCAST OVERCAST OVERCAST! (and i think that's a slight overuse of capital letters...)

Kristy and Derek are just too gorgeous for words :) Add to that superb lighting from the overcast sky, and the fabulous background of Derek's 2nd Love (the Jetty) and you really cant go wrong!!

Kerrie and Matt Engagement Session!!

Awwww I love it when people think I'm fabulous :) It certainly helps that I think they are pretty fabulous too!! Kerrie was the beautiful bridesmaid from Pauline and Leigh's wedding back in November, and she and her fella Matt are being wed in a few months!

Ive had the pleasure of a Work Experience girl for the past two weeks and she and I headed down to Busselton Saturday afternoon....and here is the result!

I totally wasn't expecting Busselton beach to be quite so crowded, but i guess that's what you get on a sunny Saturday afternoon on a long weekend. But you would never guess with some creative cropping and funky backs of beach shacks!

We then headed off to the main drag into town and some beautiful trees....awwwwww





Alana, my work experience guru, took a few shots and here is one of hers. I think we may see great things form her in the near future!

Enza and David, 17th January 2009

Enza rang me A WEEK before her wedding to David, and luckily enough I was actually free! This doesn't happen often in an industry where your booked up a year to 18months in advance, so the Goddess must have been smiling upon David and Enza.

The wedding had been planned in less than 2 weeks! This was because it was the only date the Church was free for the next few months. It does go to show that a Beautiful stylish Wedding CAN be planned very quickly. Ive gone a tad overboard with photos, but mainly because It was all just so lovely....and I got to play with my new baby...the 5DMk2! WOOHOO I heart this camera BIG TIME.

We headed down to the Australind Foreshore. The weather was practically perfect! The heat from the day before had gone, there was the perfect softbox cloudy sky, and a nice breeze to keep the humidity at bay. I love it when a plan comes together ;)

Kelly and Chad, Engagement Portrait!

I'm BAAAAAAAAAAACK!!! Miss me??

I got back into the swing of things for the new year by holding a Portrait Shoot for the lovely Kelly and Chad, who are getting wedded down in Dunsborough in April. They come from a teeny tiny farming town somewhere out in the Wheatbelt, so really wanted some Beach photos....bit far to just drop in on the closest beach where they live (3 hour drive!!)

We started off at the local park...where I found some awesome spots that are usually covered with water!! At least something is good about summer.
