Sharon and Hugh, Engagement Portrait!

Last Friday found me in Busselton photographing Hugh and Sharon's engagement portrait! Sharon booked me via email...so it was lovely to meet them in person, and to be introduced to their adorable son! We decided to stay around the center of Bussleton.

How GORGEOUS is Sharon! Those eyes...wow.....












We headed back to Hugh and Sharon's house to do a few family photos...I am in love with their son...too cute :)









Thanks guys!! It was a fun afternoon.

Teagan and Michael Engagement Portrait

A beautiful afternoon for photographising :) Teagan and Michael are getting married next year but chose to have their portrait a little early for excellent Christmas presents!

Bonus Question...What is Teagan's Favorite Colour??? :)















HOW much does Michael look Like Patrick Muldoon?? I was saying all though the shoot "You look so much like that Actor guy from that soapie...." but could rememeber the guys name :) But Michael is FAR FAR nicer than any of this dudes characters thats for sure :)

Pauline and Leigh, 15th November 2008

What a magical day! Pauline has to be one of the most beautiful Brides Ive ever had. Not only because she is stunning, but she has the biggest smile, the happiest personality, a heart the size of Australia, AND she is so much fun! I knew from the moment i walked into her home that it was going to be a great day.

Ceremony and Reception - Leigh's Parents home in Busselton
Locations - Wonnerup House

We started at Pauline and Leigh's house which was all abuzz with excitement. Pauline and her ladies (one of which is a future bride of mine....cool!) were up for anything and more than happy to be part of my wacky ideas though out the day.





I wanted to try a few things out, and this was one....a bit of Titanic action! Can anyone say...OMG!



and a bit of Pool Hall Action :) Just for Leigh... (anyone notice anything about the ball numbers ;) )



The ceremony was beautiful. Leigh and Pauline looked so happy, both just beamed! And lucky Leigh scored 3 kisses!!



Off to Wonnerup House for photos. This place is awesome...and while you do need to book and pay for photo time, it really is worth it.









Pauline said she was after a Old Hollywood style, and i wanted to reflect this with some of the processing, so Ive gone with allot of muted tones, and vignette's. She does the Film Siren so well!





I snuck a few while the Bridesmaids weren't looking....This is Kerrie, my bride for next March, and Pauline's Sister, both looking fabulous! Work the camera girls!

Arriving at the reception..... They had an awesome set up on the porch of Leigh's folks house.



Leigh's Brother, was not only a groomsman extraordinaire...but also resident Chef!! Man of many talents! (it smelt as good as it looked....)

Chelsea and Troy, Engagement Portrait!

It was a fabulous evening for photography, stormy clouds, nice and warmish, beautiful muted light...couldnt ask for anything better! Except maybe a beautiful couple to photograph!!





I am in LOVE with Chelsea's hair...its so gorgeous!!!





We went into Bunbury and shot at the Back Beach. There are the most amazing rock formations, which apprently are old volcanic rocks!
